To ensure transparency and trust, this Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or subscription changes may be requested.
This policy applies to all digital content, subscriptions, membership plans, event registrations, and any paid services offered through our website.
1. General Policy Overview
Since our platform primarily delivers digital video content, streaming episodes, exclusive interviews, and online membership benefits, we follow standard industry practices for digital goods.
Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions mentioned in this policy. We encourage users to review all content descriptions, membership benefits, and pricing details before making a purchase.
2. Subscription/Membership Cancellation Policy
A. Voluntary Cancellation by User
Users may cancel their subscription or membership at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals.
- Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Access to premium content continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
B. Automatic Cancellation
We may cancel a user’s subscription if:
- Payment is unsuccessful or declined
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Terms of Use or Community Guidelines are violated
In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Content
Since digital content is instantly accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not provided.
A. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Video podcast subscriptions
- Premium membership plans
- Digital downloads
- Online courses or masterclasses
- Exclusive content unlocks
- Event recordings
B. Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered Only If):
- Duplicate Payment
- If you are charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate payment.
- Technical Issues Prevent Access
- If content cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue from our side, and we fail to resolve it within 3–5 business days, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Unauthorized Transaction
- If you did not authorize a payment, you must report it within 48 hours.
- After investigation, if the claim is found valid, we will refund the amount.
- Service Not Delivered as Described
- If a paid feature or service is not provided as promised, and our team confirms the issue, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Refund approval remains at the discretion of the Telugu Cine Art Directors Association after internal assessment.
4. Event / Workshop Refund Policy
(If applicable to future offline/online workshops or Art Director meets)
A. User-Cancelled Registration
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event → 50% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event → No refund
B. Event Cancellation by Organizers
If we cancel or postpone an event:
- Full refund will be issued OR
- User may choose to transfer the registration to the next event
5. Mode of Refund
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through:
- Original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking)
- Bank transfer (if needed)
Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 7–12 business days depending on banking partners.
6. No Refund Policy for Free Content
All free video podcasts, public interviews, episodes, newsletters, and open-access content are offered at no cost. Refunds do not apply to free content under any circumstances.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, users must send an email with the following details:

- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Contact Number
- Payment ID / Transaction ID
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund/Cancellation
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

8. Disputes & Resolution
If a refund dispute arises:
- We will work to resolve it amicably through email communication
- Final decision lies with the Telugu Cine Art Directors Association after evaluating all facts
For unresolved disputes, applicable laws of India and courts of Secunderabad, Telangana will govern.
