B. Account Registration

To access certain features:

  1. Click Sign Up / Register
  2. Enter basic details (name, email, password)
  3. Verify your email
  4. Log in and start accessing content

2. Using the Video Podcast Platform

A. Watching Podcasts

You can watch:

  • Free episodes (open-access)
  • Premium episodes (available for subscribers/members)

If videos are not playing, see Section 4.

B. Comments & Community Interaction

Users may share feedback, ask questions, or participate in discussions (where enabled).

C. Notifications

Members may receive notifications about:

  • New episodes
  • Live sessions
  • Announcements from the Association

 

3. Account & Login Help

A. Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link
  4. Create a new password

B. Didn’t Receive Verification Email

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Add our email to your safe-sender list
  • Request another verification link

C. Can’t Log In

Possible reasons:

  • Incorrect password
  • Email not verified
  • Subscription expired
  • Account temporarily blocked due to security reasons

Solution:

4. Video Playback & Technical Support

A. Video Not Loading

Try the following:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page
  • Clear browser cache
  • Use the latest version of Chrome/Safari/Firefox
  • Disable VPN or ad-blockers

B. Audio/Video Out of Sync

  • Close and reopen the video
  • Switch to a different browser
  • Reduce playback resolution

C. Stream Buffering Issues

  • Lower video quality
  • Ensure a minimum of 5 Mbps internet
  • Try mobile data or another network

D. Device Compatibility

Our platform supports:

  • Desktop (Windows/Mac)
  • Mobile (Android/iOS)
  • Tablets
  • Smart TVs through browser access

 

5. Subscription & Payments Help

A. Managing Subscriptions

Users can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • View billing history
  • Update payment methods
  • Cancel auto-renewal

B. Common Payment Issues

1. Payment Failed
Possible reasons:

  • Insufficient balance
  • Bank declined the transaction
  • UPI/Net Banking downtime

2. Double Payment
Contact us with transaction details — refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

3. Subscription Not Activated

  • Refresh the page
  • Log out and log in again
  • Contact support with transaction ID

 

6. Content-Related Issues

A. Episode Not Playing

  • Check if it’s a premium episode
  • Confirm active subscription
  • Refresh and try again

B. Missing Episode or Broken Link

Please report it to our team.

C. Incorrect Title/Thumbnail

Inform us — our editorial team will fix it quickly.

 

7. General FAQs

Q1: Is all content free?

No. Many episodes are free, but certain exclusive podcasts and interviews are available only to members/subscribers.

Q2: Can I download videos?

Currently, offline downloads are not supported; however, streaming is available anytime.

Q3: Do you provide certificates for workshops?

If we host online/offline workshops, certificates may be provided based on event rules.

Q4: Can I share my membership login?

No. Sharing accounts is against policy and may result in account suspension.

Q5: Are there ads?

Free content may include promotional content; members enjoy mostly ad-free viewing.
